Credit Card Payments
The quickest and cleanest method of payment. You'll stay on our website while the processing takes place behind the scenes. All the while, staying within a secure connection that we establish with your financial institution. We currently take VISA, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX) cards. The verification of your card details is handled by the credit card company so if you experience difficulty here it is very likely that a call to that company, perhaps with a customer service phone number on the back of your card, would help you. Select the Pay by Credit Card option on the screen that looks like this:
Interac Online Payments
We've joined the few companies in Canada that will take Interac Online payments alongside credit cards. It opens up greater possibilities for those who do not hold a credit card or who want to know that the money transfer is taken care of immediately instead of sitting on your statement awaiting your attention. This is currently only available if you bank with either TD Canada Trust, Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), Bank of Montreal (BMO) or Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and you must know your Online Banking login details. Select the Pay by Interac Online option on the screen that looks like this:
Once you are past this screen and have confirmed the order details, you will be transferred to a page hosted by Interac Online Services where you can select the logo of your bank from the available options. Then you will be taken to your familiar Online Banking website to login and confirm that you wish to complete the payment. Don't forget to click on the button or link that will take you back to our website to complete the process.
Another popular way to pay is with the online service PayPal. PayPal has an outstanding reputation for handling millions of secure online payments. Select the PayPal option on the screen that looks like this:
You will be transferred to the PayPal service where you'll be prompted to enter your username (usually an email address) and your password. The page will look something like this:
Click on the Login button or link and PayPal will show you a screen asking you to confirm that you wish to make the payment. After you confirm this you will see a screen advising you that the payment was successful. Don't forget to click on the button or link that will take you back to our website to complete the process.
What does success look like?
If all goes well you should see a page like the one below. It confirms that the payment, and in-turn, the order has been successfully received by us. The order information is stored on the website in a section called "My Account", which you will find at the top-right of each page and also at the bottom under Customer Service, and you can recall it any time you need to.

What information about customers does Amazing.ca see?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience. Here are the types of information we gather.
- Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you. Please note that the preceeding does not include credit card numbers, interac online card numbers or paypal login details.
- Automatic Information:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Amazing.ca or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of Amazing.ca on other Web sites.
When you download or use apps created by Amazing Party & Costume or its related companies, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.
- E-mail Communications:
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Amazing.ca if your computer supports such capabilities. Also, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers, we compare our customer list to lists received from other companies. If you don't want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences.
- Information from Other Sources:
We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.
