Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we receive regarding our Delivery Service:

Who qualifies?

If you live within the boundaries of Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham or Richmond Hill you qualify for our GTA Personal Touch delivery service.

How do I select the service?

Place your order online and select 'Amazing GTA'. You will then be prompted to select the applicable shipping cost. If you live in Mississauga or the city of Toronto, select 'Personal Touch Delivery - Toronto + Mississauga'. If you live in Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham or Richmond Hill, please select 'Personal Touch Delivery - Oak,Bram,Mark,RH,Vaughan'.

What are the timelines?

All orders must be received by 11am for delivery the following day. Orders received after 11am will be sent out the day following (ie. the second business day - order placed on Monday at 2pm goes out for delivery on Wednesday). Delivery times will be between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Specific delivery times cannot be arranged. Items going to residential addresses will be left in the door or mailbox. All apartment buildings and/or offices must include relevant unit numbers and buzz codes. Items that are undeliverable will be held at our store location for in-store pickup by the purchaser. If you have any special instructions for delivery, please include them in the 'notes' section as you place your order. In the event that a package cannot be delivered, no refunds will be provided for the shipping service.

Can I still do an exchange or return?

Customers who may wish to exchange or return product are subject to the same return policy as all Online Orders.

What if I order something out of stock?

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the undeliverable items will be refunded to the purchaser via the same method of payment. Note that while every effort to process refunds as soon as possible will be made, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.

What if someone loses/steals my items after delivery?

All packages left at the purchasers address will be considered delivered. By selecting the 'Amazing GTA: Personal Touch Delivery' service, the purchaser will absolve Amazing Party Store Inc. of any resulting theft or loss of delivered items.
